Today's Rosé wine is the 2015 Chateau Pigoudet Premiere Rosé.This wine is blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah with a majority of Grenache. Château Pigoudet is located in the north of the Côteaux d’Aix-en-Provence wine appellation and is approximately 1,200 feet above sea level.

With its pale pink color, you feel refreshed already. There is this floralness of white peach and ripe red berries with some herbs. On the palate there is some biting acidity with some citrus and red fruits. On the finish there is a little sage with the ripe red fruit along with its refreshing acidity.
