There were the glimmers of light bouncing off the light golden color in the glass but it must have been the alluring smoky nutty aromas with the apples, black fruits and sweet brioche filling the glass that got the Lady's attention. On the palate, there is that enticing smoky nuttiness and mineral coated black fruits with a spicy note. The champagne finishes as it starts but now it all lingers in your mouth.
For all of its current ageing, there is still freshness.This is still a powerful youthful wine. Youthful or mature this will always be an elegant wine and always be deserving of the company of the elegant Lady Elena Caviar.
