Last week the 2017 Master of Wine Examination took place.
Part of the exam is to identify wines blind and there are three parts which include 12 wines per part. You must also provide in your answer:
1) origin
2) vintage and ability to age
3) method of production in relation to use of oak

Just reading this list my mouth is salivating with seeing there are so many delicious wines to be tasted at one time. Also, my eyes are tearing knowing how difficult this is to do blind.
Caviar Tip
The Muscadet Servre et Maine, Roero Arneis,Albarino wines are excellent with the caviarfrom Lady Elena Caviar.
