budget among our 9 varieties. With this in mind, we look for champagnes
and wines
from all price ranges that pair with our caviar. Please note that
champagne is
a wine.
Our tasting throughout the year has been by the individual
bottle, by the producer line, by a selection of wines by a country or by a wine
producing region. Since wine and champagne prices can have such a wide range from the seller, we
are not including any retail prices for them.
Every caviar variety has its own flavor profile and every
wine has its own flavor profile. Our selected winners are those wines where the
pairing had special enjoyable characteristics to it that made it stand out from
the rest.
For 2016, we have 5 of the best champagne /wine and caviar
pairings that we want to bring to your attention. We will be releasing them
over the next few days.
