2014 Villa Maria Private Bin Sauvignon Blanc Wine Paired With White Sturgeon Caviar

The wine is made form 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes come from vineyards in Wairau and
White Sturgeon caviar pairing with Villa Maria Wine
Atwater Valley in Marlborough New Zealand.

The wine has a pale straw color with green tints. There are aromas of sweet white flowers and gooseberry with herbal touches. These flow onto the palate as well. The finish is crisp and refreshing.

Caviar Pairing with 2012 Spy Valley Riesling

The grapes come from the Johnson Estate vineyards in Marlborough, New Zealand.


The wine has a light golden color. There are aromas of stoney mineral covered peaches and green apples. On the palate the wine is minerally focused with soft fruit notes including some citrus. The finish is short and clean.

Caviar Pairing with 2014 Esk Valley Sauvignon Blanc



This wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand. The grapes come form vineyard sites in the Wairau Valley and the Awatere Valley. Fermentation was conducted at cool temperatures in stainless steel. Post fermentation, the wines were left on the lees before bottling.

The wine has a pale straw color. There are aromas of gooseberry, tropical fruits with cut grass scents. On the palate it is soft with the fruit becoming more apparent. The finish is dry with floral ripe fruits.

wine from a Solera that was started in 1988.It was aged on its lees for 2 years and has a dosage of 6 g/l.

The champagne with a straw gold color has miniscule bubbles rushing t the top. There are aromas of toasted bread,white flowers, citrus and green apple. On the palate it is minerally soft with red fruits appearing. The finish is dry

The wine is made from 100% Riesling. The grapes selected for this wine are from the Atwatere and Wairau vineyards.The wine was fermented in cold stainless steel tanks.

Wine Notes:

The wine has a straw gold color. There are aromas of stoney minerals and lime. On the palate there is flowery soft citrus with white peach. The finish is not sweet and is bone dry with  floral citrus and peach.

2014 Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc with Lady Elena Caviar

This wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are from the Johnson Estate as well as other purchased grapes from growers.

Wine Notes:
The wine has a pale straw color. There are aromas of salty minerals and tropical melon notes with some cut grass. This continues through the palate. The dry  finish has some floral cut grass notes.
