Caviar Pairing with 2012 Spy Valley Riesling

The grapes come from the Johnson Estate vineyards in Marlborough, New Zealand.

The wine has a light golden color. There are aromas of stoney mineral covered peaches and green apples. On the palate the wine is minerally focused with soft fruit notes including some citrus. The finish is short and clean.

Americana Caviar (White Sturgeon): The wine cleanses the palate while you enjoy the fruit flavors of the wine. A great Lady Elena Caviar pairing.
