The wine has a pale straw color. There are floral aromas of fresh ripe citrus with mineral tones. On the palate there is mineral infused juicy citrus. The finish is soft and crisp. Good so far and now for the pairing.

This wine is 100% Alvarinho.It was (10%) partially fermented in new French oak barrels and the remainder was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
The wine has a straw color with fresh aromas of rounded limes and grapefruits. This roundness continues on the palate. The wine finishes with refreshing acidity.
