Pierre Moncuit Hughes de Coulmet Blanc de Blancs NV Champagne with White Sturgeon Caviar

Pierre Moncuit Hughes de Coulmet Blanc des Blancs NV Champagne
 with
 White Sturgeon Caviar Pairing

The champagne is from the 2012 harvest with Chardonnay grapes from their own 11.7 acres of vineyards in the village of  Sézanne. Here the soils have sand mixed with chalk and marl. This champagne has a dosage level of 8 g/l. The champagne is slightly different than their Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru. This wine has more floral characteristics but is still a mineral and citrus filled champagne. On the palate there is additionally some toasted biscuit. It has a slightly mouth watering finish filled with mineral notes and some sweet citrus.

Lady Elena Caviar Pairing
Americana Caviar (White Sturgeon): The flowery citrus of the champagne fills your mouth as the your palate is cleansed. A good Lady Elena Caviar and champagne pairing.
