2010 Pascal Jolivet Paired with Russian Sturgeon Osetra Caviar

The wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre.

The wine has a pale golden color. There are aromas of smokey flint and flowery creamy grapefruit which also shows through on the palate. The wine is full bodied with a slight waxy feel. The finish has some grapefruit pith and is mouthwatering refreshing.

O My Setra Caviar (Russian Osetra Sturgeon): The wine’s flintiness and grapefruit flavors are softened resulting in coating the tongue with delicious nutty creaminess.  A great Lady Elena Caviar and wine pairing.
