Chef de Cav Laurent Fresnet of Champagne Henriot has shared a tasting of some of Henriot Champagne Cuvee 38 that is to be released in the near future. This is the second release of Cuvee 38 which is a blend of vintages of four Gran Cru vineyards from 1990 through 2008 and all Chardonnay.Currently the only way to own 3 of these magnum size bottles is to be the winning bidder at the June 10th Christie's wine auction. A portion of the proceeds will go to University Settlement Society of New York in NYC.
