Champagne and Caviar Pairing with Lilbert Fils Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru NV

The champagne is 100% Chardonnay from Grand Cru Villages.of Cramant, Chouilly and Oiry. It is a blend of 40% fruit from 2011 and 60% from 2010. Disgorged on August 26,2014. Dosage of 7g/l.

The champagne has aromas of flowery citrus fruits with soft minerality. On the palate the champagne is smooth and elegant. The finish has a slight chalk note to it.
