June 14th of each year is Flag Day.This started in 1916 when President Woodrow Wilson issued a proclamation. But it was only until August 1949 that it was established by an Act of Congress.However, Flag Day is not an official federal government holiday.
But that does not mean that we should not celebrate with some bubbly and caviar.And the Americana (White Sturgeon) is the caviar to celebrate with.
