Gaston Chiquet Tradition Brut NV has a blend of 40% Pinot Meunier, 25% Pinot Noir
and 35% Chardonnay.
The champagne has a pale straw color.There are aromas of soft mineral, black raspberry and lemony citrus. On the palate there are some hints of yeast blended in. The finish is floral with slight chalk notes and lots of rich fruit giving way to the high acidity.

O My Setra Caviar:With Lady Elena Caviar-O My Setra Caviar, the caviar allows some soft fruit of the champagne to shine through and the acidity of the champagne cleanses the palate. A good caviar and champagne pairing.
