This champagne is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Meunier and 5% Pinot Noir.

The champagne has a straw gold color with small bubbles. It has a flowery aroma of ripe citrus and black berries with some yeast notes. The palate is soft with some minerality. The finish is flowery with black fruit notes and mouth watering acidity.
