Urbani Truflle Pasta Sauce in Action

The magic of  Urbani Truffles with your pasta comes to life with this easy recipe.

The Chef is using a can of Urbani Truffles - Cream and Truffles and a can of  Urbani Truffles - Black Truffles and Mushroom.
She mixes these sauces into the cooked pasta.

Easy and a very tasty pasta dish.

Some sprinkled White Sturgeon caviar on top would be nice also.

Champagne and Caviar with Charles Ellner Cuvee de Grande Reserve Brut and White Sturgeon Caviar

Charles Ellner Cuvee de Grande Reserve Brut NV is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. The dosage is 10 g/l.

Champagne and Caviar

There are aromas of fresh rich black plum, nuttiness, brioche and minerality. On the palate, this is all integrated with slight chalk notes. On the finish there is additionally a slight grapefruit bitterness making your mouth water.

With this pairing the slight chalk note appears with the caviar and the fruit is sweetened a bit. After the palate is cleansed the sweet fruit just lingers along to a mouth watering finish.

Wine and Caviar with Chateau Carbonnieux and White Sturgeon Caviar

Carbonnieux Blanc paired with White Sturgeon Caviar
2014 Chateau Carbonnieux Blanc is a white wine from Pessac Leognan in Bordeaux. It is a blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Semillon. Aged 10 months in barrels and wooden casks (25% new oak).
Wine and Caviar

There is still a lot of freshness with this wine. There are aromas of melon, tropical fruits, slight cut grass with a coating of minerality. On the palate some citrus appear along the soft mineral coating. The finish is mouth watering with tropical fruits and grassy grapefruit.

This is a pairing where the power of the wine is hidden in the wine's balance. The wine covers over the caviar with its tropical notes and refreshes the palate. A good Lady Elena Caviar and wine pairing.
